Having recently moved to the far south coast, I was referred to this veterinary to get my female puppy sterilised. To our horror, she was sterilised when she is on heat and had her left ear tattooed without getting our consent. Getting your dog's ear tattooed is not a legal requirement in NSW as stated on their after-care sheet. When I rang the practice, the lady Kathy was less than emphathetic and said "oh there is nothing we can do now and they should have informed you that she was on heat". Now I'm sure that the locals will recommend this practice due to the lack of veterinary hospitals around the area, however as a family that relocated from Sydney and have had experiences from veterinary in the city, I will strongly advised you to get as much information as you possibly can prior to trusting them with your fur babies.
